The colours appear distorted and flicker very quickly between offset R, G and B. Only the colour white appears stable. The more black on the screen, the more pronounced the flashing and cycling is.

I just replaced a hard drive in a Dell 8300 and I'm getting ready to reinstall windows 7 back in. I also need to reset the administrators password. My sister-in-law has no idea what the old password is. I'm not sure how to change the password. Help Please

Big fan of Dell computers as I'm a mid-20's guy and this is the 4th one I've owned and only brand I've ever really considered since the first one. Specs- As for the specs, this computer has Windows 7 Home Premium on it. The processor is an Intel Core i5-2410M CPU @ 2.30 GHz.
