I have the U2413 monitor connected to my dell laptop via the HDMI port which uses the built in Nvida gt550 graphics card, only problem with using that port is Dell display manager does not see the monitor, is there a work around for this as I like to use DDM in auto mode?

In general, the chipset available on the laptop supports i7 processor, but Inspiron 1564 was tested only on i3 and i5 processors. Components like heat-sink, fan and few other components will not be compatible and that might be the reason why the system is not working.
