Purchased a V515 printer three years ago. Experience problem with printhead. Called tech support, was told that the print head probably had gone bad. Willing to purchase a new one. However, here's the kicker - DELL no longer supply the part. It was suggested that I buy a new printer.

This system is shipped with different wireless cards. I have mentioned all the three wireless card drivers below. You can go to device manager and check which wireless card your computer has, follow the steps below to go to device manager.

I can't get that - or the latest driver from AMD website (13.1 dated 1/17/13) to install. The installer runs, it just does not detect the HD7570 and does not update any drivers. If i go into device manager it always tells me I have the latest when I try to force update it that way.

I am having a similar problem with horizontal black lines as described in http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/peripherals/f/3529/t/19502072.aspx . In addition, at strange times the video goes black for 2-3 seconds and then comes back. Has any progress been made on the black line issue?

My xps 14z is just a few weeks out of warranty and I need a replacement screen - unfortunately it will take 6 weeks for Dell to get me a new one. Is there any chance of getting a refurbished screen faster??

If anybody has other recommendations about noise levels, please share. I have been thinking about using passive cooling / water cooling, but I'd rather not go down this route as it is pricy / complex to do.

You may want to change your controller to read ahead, write back for optimal performance. This is the suggested setup for our controllers. Let us know the results after making the changes. Regards,

As stated I have a Dell XPS L502x and it suffers from over heating (which seems to be a common complaint around the internet). I've seen temps in the 90's and the laptop will freeze up when playing a game like WoW at the lowest setting.
