I live in Bangkok, Thailand and would like to buy an XPS One 27, but can't. I tried to contact Dell Thailand to no avail, I tried to contact Dell US, to no avail, neither answered my email.

Ordered a laptop and a tablet through a representative using the chat system. The rep put the items in 2 different orders. The laptop was shipped and on the day I was supposed to receive it I got an e-mail that the laptop order had been cancelled because they were not able to reach me.

I wanted to upgrade my graphic card driver - so I've downloaded the new version from dell official web site. I got the error that it's not compatible.. I read somewhere that it's good to uninstall the previous driver and to install the new one.
