OK,below is a conversation between dell customer service,a supervisor and I.This is pretty much self explanatory for the reason I refuse to buy anything from dell again!!!I suggest if you buy a dell don't expect to get anywhere with customer support or service for any issues that you may have!!!!

I wanted to upgrade my graphic card driver - so I've downloaded the new version from dell official web site. I got the error that it's not compatible.. I read somewhere that it's good to uninstall the previous driver and to install the new one.
