Browse to the Dell Product Support page. If the page opens up to another product, click View a different product. Either enter the Service Tag or select the device type, brand name and model. For more information on finding your Service Tag refer to, Where is my Service Tag or Express Service Code?
Dell Network Assistant pings dedicated servers to check for an internet connection. These servers have been taken off-line and are no longer available. This causes the application to report the device as ‘not connected’.
