Dell Inspiron One 2330 BIOS A13 for Windows 8

The compatibiltiy shows that the drivers are in Windows Update. I do not see it there. Is there a different model's drivers that I can use? The windows 7 drivers do not want to install unless there is a trick to getting them installed.

When i set my pc to allow my monitor to scale the image (as i dont want the gpu scaling) and set output to 1920x1080 or 1280x720, the monitor displays the 16:9 image as a 16:10 image with black bars on either side.
