I currently have 2 GB RAM (1 GB X 2). I tried to install 4 GB more (2 GB X 2) and my computer would not initialize after power on. Is it even possible to upgrade this computer? Do the larger sticks have to be installed in the first to slots? I have never worked on a Dell and this has me stumped!

I live in Bangkok, Thailand and would like to buy an XPS One 27, but can't. I tried to contact Dell Thailand to no avail, I tried to contact Dell US, to no avail, neither answered my email.

I have a question regarding serial number on my Dell Latitude 10 tablet. To activate the cellular service Verizon tells me they need the serial number and they could not locate it? Help.... Dan
