I bought a Dell Inspiron with the following specs and scrolling does not work. This is immensely frustrating. I have used macs for years and don't know the ins and outs of windows. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Inspiron 17R - 5720

I've downloaded the tech manual and removed the stand and bottom 4 screens as per instructions but from there I can't see how the cover comes off (without breaking it anyway). thanks in advance!

I have a inspiron 1210 that was recently upgraded to windows 8. It does not recognize my external monitor. I was told I needed a video driver update/download. Can anyone tell me which one I need? Thanks!
