I want to get a better graphics card for my laptop and have no idea what to buy that's compatible with my laptop. I have the 15" inspiron 15R touch screen windows 8 laptop. Any suggestions would be great!

A Dell service guy just replaced the liquid cooling unit in my Aurora system due to a loud grinding noise, and now when I run CommandCenter I see the System Fan reads 0 RPM. Now I can't remember if that was always the case, or if the recent service caused it.

how Should I know the exact warranty of my laptop as shop Keeper told me that my laptop have 3 year warranty but Dell Customer Care saying that it is only 1 year.
