I have a Poweredge 2950 perc 6i raid 5 array, with 5 drive in the array and 1 hot swap. Drive 0-3 still show as online. Drive 4 failed last night and then the hotswap failed. After reboot both drives are listed as missing and the VD is offline.

So this is the way Dell treats customers that refuse to accept answers that are indirect and noncommittal? Show me where I was disrespectful, abusive or out of line in any way whatsoever? I saw many MANY posts that were much stronger and rude! Dell messed up my order and Fed Ex LOST IT!
