After I received my new laptop yesterday, I opened it and started to download my software that I had purchased with the laptop.

I just replaced a hard drive in a Dell 8300 and I'm getting ready to reinstall windows 7 back in. I also need to reset the administrators password. My sister-in-law has no idea what the old password is. I'm not sure how to change the password. Help Please

Can anyone tell me the steps to create a recovery for my system by using the DELL BACKUP & RECOVERY TOOL given with the system,please tell the steps for both optical disks & removable media.
