When I backup files from church PC (ChurchPlus program) to my CD-r, the program lists "D" as a choice. When I restore at home to my PC from the CD-r, it lists "D" as a choice. BUT, when I try to backup the changed files to the CD-r, "D" is not listed as a choice.

The problem only affects audio-signal (Audio Line-in and Audio Line-out ports). Built-in USB Hub with USB upstream port and USB downstream ports works just fine.

If I shut down or restart the laptop, it always boots to a blank screen with power lights on and fan running. Pressing the power button shuts it down. The second try always boots normally. Can you help - I have had the laptop for 3 weeks. Thanks
