Please include the exact error message (including asterix) that you can see on the screen. Also provide the Service tag of the computer and the Name as it appears on the account.

I have an XPS 13 (L322X) running Windows 8. Last night there was a Windows update and I allowed it to install and restart. However, the restart was never completed.

A Dell service guy just replaced the liquid cooling unit in my Aurora system due to a loud grinding noise, and now when I run CommandCenter I see the System Fan reads 0 RPM. Now I can't remember if that was always the case, or if the recent service caused it.
