"Windows App+Driver (Installer + All Applications + Printer Driver + Scan Driver)"

I bought inspiron 1545 three years ago.One week ago; i wanted to set up windows 7 so i did it ;but windows 7 cd didnt set up driver automaticly.my laptop video quality is so slow.i cant play computer games in normal quality.what should i do?what kind of drivers should i set up?

My Dell Studio 1450 Laptop wont boot up. It stops on the Dell logo with 2 options. F2 for Bios and F12 for boot options. I can go to BIOS but when I press F12 nothing happens. I also tried to press F8 upon boot up but no response. This happened after my laptop went from hibernate mode.
