I received my inspiron and the box was damaged & after unpacking the computer it wont turn on at all, I have sent an email (10 May) but have still received no response! How do i get a replacemnt Desktop & return the broked one?? At an APO AE address. Thank you.

I complained to all parties that no one has sent any emails. Allison R with Dell Team hasn't responded to my order confirmation request of May 14th. No shipping confirmations have been sent.

I recently upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate and since then my Dell AIO 968 will not print. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the printer, downloaded the latest drivers from Dell and still no luck.
