Big fan of Dell computers as I'm a mid-20's guy and this is the 4th one I've owned and only brand I've ever really considered since the first one. Specs- As for the specs, this computer has Windows 7 Home Premium on it. The processor is an Intel Core i5-2410M CPU @ 2.30 GHz.

The s/w volume control within windows (7) works fine, but I believe the touch controls from the monitor are like a "master" volume control and I just cannot get these to work. The problem appeared a few months after I got the system, it was working fine up until then,

I have the disk but it does not go where the above stated. after a few clicks .. tryunbg safe mode and othe choices... it eventually goes back to this scree __
