Hello ejn63, I appreciate your quick response on my hard drive issue, i was just wondering where you got your information from to suggest i can only go up to 120gig. Not that i doubt your recommendation, i would just like to know where its listed for future reference. Thanks again
You can use any ATA-133 or lower (aka parallel ATA) drive, 120 G or smaller, 2.5", 9.5mm. Â You CANNOT use any Serial ATA (SATA, aka ATA-150 or higher) drive.

Thanks for the quick reply and information. I do have another question though. you said that there's a possibility of this system running Windows 7. When you say that does that mean that there's a 50/50 chance that it will work? And can Windows Vista be run on this laptop?
You won't need to install any drivers and the bios should recognize any compatible CPU automatically. Some might suggest you flash your bios with the latest bios update. Also make sure you get some thermal paste to apply to the CPU.
